  1. 2016

    Delivered our first Development Project Lofts I at Homebush with 81 modern apartments and 9 retail spaces, one of the first contemporary complex alongside Parramatta Rd, Homebush.

  2. 2017

    Completed our second project with completion of Ryde Project – 24 residential units and 2 retail spaces.

  3. 2018

    Consistent and steady growth. Delivered our third project at Mt Colah comprising of 94 high quality apartments.

  4. 2019

    Experienced growth leap with the delivery of another 2 projects. Miranda Pinnacle and Lofts II Homebush, the second of "The Lofts" series was completed in same year.

    Miranda Pinnacle was named Finalist in the 2019 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards under Medium Density Development.

  5. Sam El Rihani awarded the 2019 CEO Magazine "Building and Construction Executive of the Year".

    Branded our property development arm as "Ellipse Property" with a team of leading property experts who have the knowledge and capability to deliver not just homes, but communities that enrich people’s lives.

    Completed Lofts III, Homebush project, final of the Lofts Series. The project was also named Finalist in the 2020 Urban Taskforce Development Excellence Awards.

Ellipse Property have demonstrated their capabilities, technical expertise, management skills and cooperative approach in the delivery of various projects. In particular, its key leaders have always been actively involved in their projects and played an important role in the design, management, supervision, cost control and commissioning of the projects.


We were particularly attracted to the functional layout of the living spaces that still provided sufficient space to entertain our extended family and friends. The aesthetics of the building also attracted us with sufficient blend of finishes to ensure modest maintenance yet sophisticatedly balanced to set it apart from others we had observed. Our building had its own entertainment area, just a short stroll landscaping, not only on the rooftop terraces but also within the common area ground plane. We found Ellipse Property and its staff very informative, helpful with our enquiries and co-operative with preliminary access for our needs.

Having worked closely with Ellipse Property on several development projects, they were highly collaborative, efficient and have demonstrated capabilities from project inception to deliverance. From inception and concept, Ellipse presented a clear vision of the Miranda Project and the outcomes that need to be achieved. They provided a plan and timeline of various approvals (such as DA, CC etc) and engaged with the right consultants to meet each project milestone on time and on budget.
