Understanding the importance of family and fostering a sense of community inspired the design of Pinnacle. The rooftop entertainment & bbq areas, playgrounds and parklands at the end of University Rd, and carefully landscaped gardens dedicated to the residents and families ensure an easeful, relaxed yet fun lifestyle for the Pinnacle Community.

The project uniquely satisfies the two distinct criteria of architecture – comfort in individual usage and public value. Pinnacle features a unique central public walkway between Pinnacle St and University Rd which will ultimately connect with a cycleway adjacent to the rail-line, offering residents and the local community of Miranda facilitated access to public transport and infrastructure.

Pinnacle’s architectural design is inspired by The Community. Every detail has been crafted with the aim of bringing local communities and families together.
