We were particularly attracted to the functional layout of the living spaces that still provided sufficient space to entertain our extended family and friends. The aesthetics of the building also attracted us with sufficient blend of finishes to ensure modest maintenance yet sophisticatedly balanced to set it apart from others we had observed. Our building had its own entertainment area, just a short stroll landscaping, not only on the rooftop terraces but also within the common area ground plane.
